FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City – A member of the Philippine Army returns two checks amounting to almost P350,000.00 he found while he was driving along McKinley Hill, near Emperador Stadium, Wednesday afternoon, February 26.
Sergeant Raffy M Braga, assigned at the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Civil Military Operations, OG7, Philippine Army, was sent on an errand and was on his way back to camp when he noticed two pieces of paper with a check attached on it that flew across his vehicle.
